I’m a software engineering student and the founder and Chief Executive of CUSTOMWEBX TECHNOLOGIES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED. My work includes Kandrex, a business communications and virtual-number platform, and internal automation combining prospect research, AI-assisted drafting and timed dispatch.
I’m also developing Rental Trust & Tenancy Management as an academic final-year project. It explores clearer document, rent, utilities and maintenance records for landlords and tenants. It is in development, with planned features distinguished from live functionality.
Alongside product development, CustomWebX offers software and practical digital services. Delivery and client coordination are founder-led, supported by AI development tools and project-specific collaboration where agreed. Those services sit alongside the product work, rather than defining the full extent of it.

Frontend
Next.js, React, responsive interfaces and WordPress/PHP sites. Clear navigation, meaningful content and usable contact journeys.
Backend & applications
NestJS and Python-based solutions, data workflows, permissions and authorized API connections. Firebase and Flutter experience where appropriate to the project.
Automation
Prospect discovery, AI-assisted drafts, controlled sending workflows and social caption generation. Posting integrations depend on platform permissions.
Deployment
Git, GitHub, GitHub Pages and practical server deployment. Account ownership, environment configuration and handover need as much care as the code.
Business operations
Building CustomWebX, organizing service delivery and helping people navigate digital processes. Guidance stays within appropriate professional boundaries.
