Clear scope. Clear steps. Useful handover.
The work can be a single digital task, a software project or a recurring support arrangement. Each starts with the same thing: understanding what you need and what is actually feasible.
- 01
Describe the task, audience and deadline.
- 02
Review requirements, permissions and feasibility.
- 03
Agree scope, fee and any payment milestones.
- 04
Build or guide the task with review points.
- 05
Check deliverables and receive follow-up instructions.
Quick assistance
Tell me the task, location, provider or official portal, and any deadline. We review requirements and agree the assistance fee before starting. You complete identity verification and payments personally where required. The handover includes the available reference, document or next-step checklist; an institution’s decision is never sold as guaranteed.
Project engagements
For websites, software and automation, discovery comes first. We map users, workflows, dependencies and acceptance criteria. A written scope establishes milestones, payment arrangements, account ownership and exclusions. Design and development are reviewed in stages, then tested and handed over with basic operating instructions. Additional features need a scope review.
Monthly retainers
Maintenance, digital operations and bill reminders work best with a defined recurring list. We agree the tasks, cadence, included allowance, request channel and fee. Hosting and subscriptions remain separate. Extra work is discussed before execution rather than treated as an unlimited promise.
Your information stays under your control
Start with a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, OTPs, PINs or identity documents in an initial public inquiry. If sensitive files are needed, we agree a suitable channel and handling arrangement. You complete bank, government and platform verification yourself.
Review, handover and follow-up
Before delivery, we review the agreed output together. Software work includes a check against the scope; assistance tasks include the available official references and status. We explain what happens next, who owns each account and what support is included. Official processing time, DNS changes and third-party outages remain outside my control.
Let’s clarify the next step.
Tell me what you need. We’ll review the requirements, agree the scope and work out a practical way forward.
