Share only what the task needs.
These are current service principles and preparation notes. A formal policy, including fixed retention periods and operational details, still needs review and confirmation before it is treated as finalized.
Start with a description, not an identity file
An initial WhatsApp or email inquiry normally needs your task, location or provider, intended outcome and deadline. Do not include CNIC images, account passwords, tax records or other sensitive documents in a public form. This portfolio uses direct contact links and does not provide a document-upload form.
Consent and necessary information
If a task needs documents, we first agree what is necessary, why it is needed and how it will be shared. You must be authorized to provide the material. Irrelevant information can be removed or redacted where appropriate, provided the receiving institution’s requirements are respected.
Access and verification
You retain passwords, PINs and OTPs and complete sensitive verification yourself. Development and integration work uses separately agreed permissions appropriate to the task. Client records and identity images must not be placed in public repositories, screenshots or portfolio case studies without explicit authorization.
Retention and deletion — arrangement to confirm
A fixed retention period has not been finalized. Before sharing sensitive files, agree how working copies, backups and final deliverables will be stored and when they should be deleted. Do not assume that a message platform automatically removes every copy. A written handling arrangement should reflect the actual tools used for the task.
Third-party channels
WhatsApp, email providers, hosting services and official portals have their own processing and privacy terms. Contacting through a link takes you to that service. Any AI or integration provider used in a project must be reviewed for the proposed data before access is authorized.
Questions and requests
Email sufyanrasheed12@gmail.com to discuss a document-handling concern or request review of a specific sharing arrangement. Avoid attaching sensitive files until a suitable channel has been agreed. Formal contact and policy details can be updated as operational practices are finalized.
Let’s clarify the next step.
Tell me what you need. We’ll review the requirements, agree the scope and work out a practical way forward.
