Do you charge separately from government fees?
Yes. The assistance or development fee is agreed separately from official fees, taxes, subscriptions and provider charges. We identify those costs before work starts.
Can you guarantee approval?
No. Government institutions, banks and platform providers make their own decisions. I help with accurate preparation and authorized processes, without promising an outcome.
Can you work remotely?
Remote help is possible where the task and provider allow it. Some verification, appointments or original-document steps need you to attend personally. Feasibility is checked first.
Do you need my password or OTP?
No. You keep passwords, PINs and OTPs private and complete sensitive verification yourself. Technical access uses an agreed method with only the permissions needed.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes, a defined maintenance or recurring support arrangement can be discussed. Included tasks, cadence, exclusions and fees are agreed before starting; unlimited availability is not promised.
Can you build a custom system?
Yes. We begin with your current process, user roles and priorities, then agree a scope and milestones. Technologies and hosting are chosen for the problem rather than as a fixed bundle.
How do you handle confidential documents?
Only information needed for the task should be shared, through an agreed secure channel. Access, retention and deletion are discussed for the engagement. Do not post CNIC images, tax records or credentials in public forms.
Do you provide legal or tax advice?
I provide practical preparation and portal guidance, not licensed legal, accounting or tax-practitioner services. Complex or high-stakes questions should be reviewed by an appropriately qualified professional.
