A clear agreement before the work begins.
These notes explain how scope and responsibilities are discussed. They are not a claim that all contractual, refund or cancellation terms have already been finalized.
Scope and service fees
Work is quote-based. Before starting, the parties agree the task, deliverables, exclusions, fee and any payment milestones. A software project needs acceptance criteria; a portal task needs a clear description of the requested assistance. A change in requirements can require a revised quote or timeline.
Official charges and recurring costs
Government fees, taxes, bank charges, hosting, domains, model/API usage, number rental and subscriptions are separate unless explicitly listed otherwise. You retain ownership of your provider accounts and should understand renewal obligations. No advertised amount on this site substitutes for a provider’s current fee schedule.
Decisions and timelines
Government institutions, banks, telecom providers and platforms make their own eligibility, verification and processing decisions. No approval, refund, ranking, lead volume, deliverability or uninterrupted uptime is guaranteed. External delays and unsupported APIs may affect feasibility; these dependencies are discussed before work proceeds.
Accurate information and authorization
You must provide truthful information and have the right to use submitted documents, code, accounts and media. Sensitive verification remains with you. Requests involving impersonation, forged documents, protected-record alteration, spam or unauthorized access are outside the service scope.
Professional boundaries
Digital assistance is guidance, document preparation, navigation and authorized support. It does not represent licensed legal, accounting, tax-practitioner, banking or telecom-carrier services. Specialist questions, title disputes and high-stakes legal clauses should be reviewed by qualified professionals.
Cancellation, refunds and final agreement — to confirm
Refund, cancellation, payment and dispute terms must be confirmed in writing for the specific engagement before you commit. This page does not invent a settled refund policy. Account handover, maintenance coverage and intellectual-property arrangements should also be included in the final agreed scope.
