Rental Trust.
An academic final-year project exploring clearer records for landlords and tenants.
Purpose. Architecture. Delivery.
Explore the work and its current development stage below.A clearer tenancy history.
Tenancy information can become fragmented across messages, receipts, documents and maintenance requests. The concept asks how both sides could retain a clearer history without pretending a platform can independently certify identity or resolve legal disputes.
Define the useful core.
Rental Trust & Tenancy Management is an in-development academic final-year project. Its planned Rental Passport brings evidence-based manual verification and tenancy records into one concept. The intended scope includes agreement/e-stamp assistance, rent and utility tracking, maintenance and dispute records, and guidance for applicable Punjab tenancy registration using a manual workflow. It is not presented as a deployed service.

What this does—and what needs care.
No live NADRA access, government partnership or automated legal verification is claimed. Uploaded signature images are not automatically compliant e-signatures. Legal disputes and title questions need qualified professionals and official records.
Build on what we can verify.
The design must separate useful recordkeeping from claims of verification or legal certainty. Next steps include validating workflows with users, defining privacy and access controls, and implementing the scoped prototype before any launch claim.
No traffic, revenue, client-satisfaction or delivery metrics are claimed in this case study. Genuine project materials can be added when their accuracy and sharing permissions are confirmed.
