A useful solution starts with context.
An integration is more than moving fields between tools. It must know which system is authoritative, how to authenticate, what to do with duplicate events and how to recover after an outage. I review the vendor APIs and permissions before defining a connection. A form might create a CRM record and notify a team; a verified payment-status event might update an order without storing sensitive payment credentials. Webhooks, retries and rate limits need deliberate handling so one repeated event does not cause several actions. We test success and failure paths using realistic sample data, then document the operating responsibilities. Feasibility depends on the access the vendors actually provide.
What I can help with
- Authorized APIs, webhooks and field mapping
- CRM, forms, email, calendars and notifications
- Authentication, deduplication, rate limits and retries
- Security checks, test cases and operational logs
Bring the problem, not a finished specification.
Share the current situation and your priorities. We’ll identify missing information together before agreeing to build.
- The source and destination systems and account plans
- API documentation and permitted access
- Example records, data ownership and expected triggers
You complete sensitive verification yourself. Never send passwords, PINs, tokens or OTPs in a message.
A clear sequence, with review built in.
- 01
Confirm API access and the direction of data flow.
- 02
Map fields, permissions and duplicate handling.
- 03
Build authentication and event processing.
- 04
Test retries, rate limits and invalid inputs.
- 05
Deploy with logs and a recovery procedure.
What you receive
- A scoped working integration
- Field map and documented failure handling
- Setup and operational instructions
The final checklist is agreed in the scope. If an external decision or dependency prevents completion, the status and the next available step are made clear.
Pricing & running costs
Quoted after API feasibility review. Vendor plans, paid API access and infrastructure usage are separate recurring costs.
Before starting, we agree what is included, who pays third-party charges and what would require a revised quote. No fixed price or processing timeline is assumed.
Important limitations & privacy
No unauthorized API access or bypassing plan restrictions. Vendor changes can require maintenance. Confidential fields are transferred only with authorization and an agreed purpose.
Only necessary information is requested for the agreed task. Sharing, access and document retention are discussed before handling sensitive material. Read the privacy notes.
Before you get in touch
What if a tool has no API?
We review supported export or manual alternatives. An unsupported automated connection is not promised.
Can events arrive twice?
Yes. Duplicate handling is designed where the source makes reliable identifiers available.
Will a vendor plan upgrade be needed?
Possibly. Access and subscription requirements are checked before implementation.
