Software & AI

AI & Business Process Automation.

Give repetitive work a reliable process—and keep people in control.

01 / START WITH THE PROBLEM

A useful solution starts with context.

The best automation begins with a clear process. Rules handle predictable steps; AI can help interpret a message, summarize a document or prepare a draft. These are different tools with different risks. A practical inquiry workflow might classify a new message, draft a response, wait for approval and update a CRM. The approval step matters when a wrong answer could affect a customer or a financial record. I map the trigger, inputs, exceptions and stopping conditions before implementation. Logs, retries and a manual fallback are part of the design, so the team can understand what happened rather than rely on a silent background task. We begin with a bounded workflow and representative examples, then review the outputs before extending its reach.

02 / THE SCOPE

What I can help with

  • Data-entry and document workflows
  • AI-assisted summarization, classification and drafting
  • Notifications, review queues and internal dashboards
  • Audit logs, retries, human approval and error handling
03 / BEFORE WE START

Bring the problem, not a finished specification.

Share the current situation and your priorities. We’ll identify missing information together before agreeing to build.

  • A repeatable task and examples of normal and unusual inputs
  • Your approved tools and account permissions
  • Privacy requirements and a person responsible for reviewing outputs

You complete sensitive verification yourself. Never send passwords, PINs, tokens or OTPs in a message.

04 / HOW IT WORKS

A clear sequence, with review built in.

  1. 01

Observe the task and identify reliable triggers.

  2. 02

Separate rule-based steps from AI-assisted decisions.

  3. 03

Build a limited workflow with an approval gate.

  4. 04

Evaluate outputs and failure cases with your team.

  5. 05

Launch with logs, operating instructions and a manual fallback.

05 / THE HANDOVER

What you receive

  • A scoped automation workflow
  • Review controls and documented exceptions
  • Setup and operating guidance

The final checklist is agreed in the scope. If an external decision or dependency prevents completion, the status and the next available step are made clear.

06 / FEES, WITHOUT SURPRISES

Pricing & running costs

Quoted after workflow review. Hosting, model usage and third-party API fees are recurring costs that must be budgeted separately.

Before starting, we agree what is included, who pays third-party charges and what would require a revised quote. No fixed price or processing timeline is assumed.

Important limitations & privacy

AI can be inaccurate. Sensitive information should be minimized and approved for the chosen provider. Automation does not remove the need for accountable human review or guarantee full autonomy.

Only necessary information is requested for the agreed task. Sharing, access and document retention are discussed before handling sensitive material. Read the privacy notes.

07 / GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you get in touch

Will AI send replies automatically?

Only if the agreed scope permits that behavior. Customer-facing drafts can remain in an approval queue.

Can this use our existing tools?

Often, but available APIs, permissions and subscription levels determine integration feasibility.

How are running costs controlled?

We can define usage limits and monitor consumption. Provider charges and model pricing remain outside the development fee.
