A useful solution starts with context.
I have built an internal workflow combining prospect finding, AI-assisted drafting and timed email dispatch. A client version begins with your audience and the sources you are allowed to use. Public business information can be normalized, filtered and deduplicated before an operator reviews a draft. Personalization should reflect a relevant business need rather than pretend to know someone. Sending cadence is configurable and must fit provider restrictions, recipient expectations and applicable rules. There is no universal interval that makes outreach appropriate. The system should record approvals, respect opt-outs and make it possible to stop sending immediately. Reply tracking and outcome review help the team assess relevance; they are not a promise of new leads, appointments or sales.
What I can help with
- Permitted prospect discovery and deduplication
- Filtering and authorized enrichment
- AI-assisted personalized drafts with operator review
- Controlled sending, opt-out handling, logs and reply tracking
Bring the problem, not a finished specification.
Share the current situation and your priorities. We’ll identify missing information together before agreeing to build.
- Target audience and a legitimate reason for contacting it
- Approved data sources and email provider rules
- Sender identity, opt-out process and review responsibility
You complete sensitive verification yourself. Never send passwords, PINs, tokens or OTPs in a message.
A clear sequence, with review built in.
- 01
Define eligible prospects and approved research sources.
- 02
Normalize records and remove duplicates or exclusions.
- 03
Create draft messages grounded in the approved information.
- 04
Review and approve messages before dispatch.
- 05
Send within agreed controls and record replies or opt-outs.
What you receive
- A configurable research and drafting pipeline
- Operator review and sending controls
- A documented suppression and audit workflow
The final checklist is agreed in the scope. If an external decision or dependency prevents completion, the status and the next available step are made clear.
Pricing & running costs
Quoted after source and provider review. Email, data-source and AI usage subscriptions are separate; outcomes are not sold as guaranteed leads.
Before starting, we agree what is included, who pays third-party charges and what would require a revised quote. No fixed price or processing timeline is assumed.
Important limitations & privacy
No private-data harvesting, deceptive messages, unsolicited bulk spam or bypassing provider limits. Client authorization and recipient preferences govern use. An approved cadence cannot guarantee deliverability.
Only necessary information is requested for the agreed task. Sharing, access and document retention are discussed before handling sensitive material. Read the privacy notes.
Before you get in touch
Can I skip review?
The safer default is operator approval, especially while testing relevance and accuracy. Any change needs an explicit scope decision.
Do you guarantee responses?
No. The deliverable is the workflow, not recipient engagement, delivery or sales.
Can you import an existing list?
Only after checking source permissions, data quality and exclusions, including anyone who has opted out.
