Software & AI

Social Content & Posting Automation.

Build a repeatable publishing rhythm without losing your voice.

01 / START WITH THE PROBLEM

A useful solution starts with context.

Posting consistently is easier when ideas, drafts and approvals live in one process. I help structure an editorial calendar, capture brand voice and prepare channel-specific caption variations. AI can suggest a first draft, but a person should check claims, tone, context and creative rights before publication. Creative briefs and an approval queue reduce the last-minute scramble. Automated scheduling is offered only where the platform supports it and your account has the required permissions. LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram do not have identical API access, account requirements or publishing capabilities. We check feasibility before promising a connection. If a platform cannot be integrated, an organized manual handover can still make the workflow useful.

02 / THE SCOPE

What I can help with

  • Editorial calendars and reusable creative briefs
  • AI caption drafts and brand-voice guidance
  • Review queues and supported scheduling integrations
  • Cross-channel variations and available analytics
03 / BEFORE WE START

Bring the problem, not a finished specification.

Share the current situation and your priorities. We’ll identify missing information together before agreeing to build.

  • Your account types, ownership and platform permissions
  • Approved brand examples and content topics
  • A content reviewer and preferred publishing schedule

You complete sensitive verification yourself. Never send passwords, PINs, tokens or OTPs in a message.

04 / HOW IT WORKS

A clear sequence, with review built in.

  1. 01

Review the channels and confirm available permissions.

  2. 02

Define content themes, tone and a calendar.

  3. 03

    Build drafting and approval steps.

  4. 04

Test publishing only on authorized integrations.

  5. 05

Document manual alternatives and review performance.

05 / THE HANDOVER

What you receive

  • A content planning and approval workflow
  • Reusable prompts and publishing instructions
  • Supported integrations confirmed in the scope

The final checklist is agreed in the scope. If an external decision or dependency prevents completion, the status and the next available step are made clear.

06 / FEES, WITHOUT SURPRISES

Pricing & running costs

Quoted after channel review. Platform subscriptions, AI tools and creative production costs are separate.

Before starting, we agree what is included, who pays third-party charges and what would require a revised quote. No fixed price or processing timeline is assumed.

Important limitations & privacy

API access can change. Automated posting is not promised for unsupported accounts. You remain responsible for editorial approval, factual claims and the rights to media used.

Only necessary information is requested for the agreed task. Sharing, access and document retention are discussed before handling sensitive material. Read the privacy notes.

07 / GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you get in touch

Can every platform publish automatically?

No. Each platform and account must support authorized publishing access.

Will captions be posted without approval?

The default workflow keeps drafts for review. Publishing permissions are explicitly agreed.

Can I use my existing brand voice?

Yes. Approved examples, vocabulary and exclusions help guide drafts, which still need human editing.
